We are seeking an efficient, forward-thinking Business Manager to join our senior leadership team and lead our financial and operational functions.
- Has experience of financial and administrative management, ideally within a school or education setting.
- Is highly organised, reliable and able to prioritise competing demands.
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong financial awareness.
- Can manage budgets, purchasing and financial reporting effectively.
- Is able to oversee personnel files, SCR and staff recruitment.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Will supervise site maintenance, manage external contractors and ensure strict Health & Safety compliance.
- Is committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional practice.

Salary: Band F (points 34-40), Β£46,579 - Β£53,051
Hours: 37 hours per week (hours and working pattern are negotiable).
