The West Midlands Combined Authority is seeking a Workforce Planning Lead to develop and embed strategic workforce planning across WMCA. You will use workforce intelligence, analytics and scenario planning to help senior leaders anticipate future capacity, capability and affordability needs.

Based at 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, with two days a week in the office, you will translate organisational strategy into a three-to-five-year workforce plan and provide governance, insight and investment.
