We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Business Transformation Team.

You will work as part of the Transformation Team working in Corporate Services Division. You will need to be open minded and be able to look at existing processes and suggest and implement new ways of working.

You will be able to display a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, to work to deadlines and handle several work activities and projects at the same time. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with officers at all levels.

Knowledge of the Council’s current telephony environment would be advantageous, as the role includes leading the implementation of Microsoft Teams telephony.

You’ll need to be adaptable, flexible, positive, dynamic and get along well with colleagues.
