We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the Central Human Resources (HR) Department within our Multi-Academy Trust (MAT). The role is based at Oakley School, Leamington Spa, and will involve some travel between Trust sites.
The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Excellent ICT skills, strong organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Previous HR experience is not required, as training and support will be provided. However, applicants should have a genuine interest in administration and delivering a high-quality service.
