There is an exciting opportunity to support theConnect to Work programme and the wider team.
Connect to Work is a government-funded employment programme that requires the postholder to maintain and update spreadsheets, manage customer records within the CRM database, and process referrals through the PRaP system. The role involves maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based records, ensuring documentation is readily available for advisers and that programme requirements are met. In addition, the postholder will be responsible for processing financial transactions through the Oracle Fusion system and supporting the smooth administration of employment programme activities.
Key Duties:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including answering telephone enquiries, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, photocopying, filing, word processing, and taking minutes at meetings.

Maintain and update complex spreadsheets, CRM databases, and participant records, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and that all programme documentation is completed correctly and within required timescales.

Process and administer referrals through the DWP PRaP system, including programme starts, report generation, record management, and the provision of statistical information to support funding claims and contract requirements.

Complete financial transactions using the Oracle Fusion system, including raising and receipting purchase orders and invoices, while also supporting the development and updating of programme documentation to ensure effective programme delivery.
Essential Requirements:

Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or a higher relevant qualification.

A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role, including responsibility for financial administration and processing.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when handling complex data, records, and financial information.

This is a part-time role working 18.5 hours per week.

A Basic DBS check is required for this role.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027.
