We Make Footballers in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Coach for weekly sessions at our Eastbourne Academy.
You will lead practices and small-sided games with groups of up to 20 players, guiding development and ensuring safe, fun sessions for children aged 4–12.
Ideal candidates have grassroots or commercial coaching experience, strong behaviour management, and a recognised coaching qualification (FA Level 1 or local equivalent).
First Aid is desirable and pay is £20 per hour.
