Overview
New member exclusive course for Site Leaders and Operations & Maintenance Managers, in collaboration with our member Castlefirth. Step Change in Safety is pleased to offer a new 1-Day Continuous Improvement (CI) Leadership Development Course in collaboration with our member organisation Castlefirth. This programme is tailored for Site Leaders and Operations & Maintenance Managers working in high hazard environments who are responsible for leading teams and influencing safety culture through by utilising continuous improvement tools.
The course helps participants develop their continuous improvement leadership skills and deepen their understanding of how these tools can foster a proactive safety culture. Delegates will strengthen their leadership approach, enhance their coaching skills, and communicate with greater purpose and clarity.
Course Date: 17th December 2025
Timings: 09:00-16:30
Location: The Palm Court Hotel, Aberdeen
Catering: Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Cost: £100 per person, per course (Limited to 20 delegates per session, with a maximum of 2 from the same organisation)
