We Make Footballers are a rapidly expanding football coaching provider who deliver weekly sessions to over 12,000 children globally. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head Coach to join our Tamworth & Lichfield Academy, who can help players become the best they can be by developing them individually and mastering the football fundamentals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead effective training sessions for children aged between 4-12 years old
- Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and techniques to improve player development
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, safety, and respect
- Lead in the development of junior coaches
- Effective communication with parents and carers
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively to children between the ages of 4-12
- Previous experience in a senior football coach position
- FA coaching badges desired
- Excellent leadership skills
Our internal coaching development portal is available to all coaches at We Make Footballers, with courses designed to develop Assistant Coaches all the way through to Academy Managers, meaning we can offer exciting career development opportunities.
