We are seeking dedicated and passionate football coaches to join our team at We Make Footballers Sheffield Academy sessions for ages 4-12. At WMF, we ensure that our coaches show passion and enthusiasm when delivering training and that the children's safety and enjoyment are put first. Our sessions are designed to enhance the development of young footballers, and our coaches are vital in providing that development.
We are looking for two main coaching roles:
- Assistant Coach
- Ideally have Level 1 FA Qualification (but not essential as will be WMF online trained)
- Be able to assist Head and Senior Coaches, as well as delivering and leading drills.
- Create a positive training atmosphere to help players develop.
- Must be enthusiastic and passionate about working in football and coaching young footballers.
- Senior/Head Coach
- FA Level 1 Qualified or above
- Manage and lead sessions alongside Academy Manager, help develop the assistant coaches.

The main aspect of a WMF coach is to love football and love coaching. It is not entirely about all the coaching badges. A good football coach is one who loves their work.
