About the Role
We're expanding our Glasgow team and looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who enjoys meeting people and isn't afraid of a target. You'll be out and about across the city, representing our brand, starting conversations, and turning interest into results. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who wants to learn sales and marketing from the ground up while earning based on what they achieve.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meeting customers face-to-face across Glasgow on a daily basis
- Introducing our brand and explaining what we offer clearly and confidently
- Identifying customer needs and matching them to the right product or service
- Converting conversations into sign-ups or sales
- Managing your own appointments and planning your day efficiently
- Sharing feedback from customers to help shape future campaigns
