About the Role
We're looking for a warm, dependable Customer Support Associate to join our Glasgow team. This isn't a desk-based support role — you'll be meeting customers face-to-face across the city, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide them toward the right solution. It suits someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants a role where good service is directly rewarded.
What You'll Be Doing
- Visiting customers in residential areas across Glasgow to provide support in person
- Listening carefully to understand what each customer actually needs
- Answering questions clearly and resolving concerns on the spot where possible
- Guiding satisfied customers toward relevant products or services
- Managing your own diary of appointments and visits
- Keeping accurate records of every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
- A patient, approachable manner and strong face-to-face communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

- Driving licence and transport preferred
