About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, confident, and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team, engaging directly with homeowners across Glasgow. This is a face-to-face role combining customer service with sales, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building rapport quickly, and being rewarded directly for their performance. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Visiting customers in their own homes across residential areas of Glasgow
  • Providing information, answering questions, and guiding customers through our products/services
  • Building rapport and trust quickly during face-to-face interactions
  • Identifying customer needs and converting these into sales opportunities
  • Managing your own daily schedule of appointments and visits
  • Meeting individual targets, which directly determine your commission-based earnings

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, friendly communicator who's comfortable speaking to people on their doorstep
  • Self-starter who can manage their own time and workload independently
