The business produces a huge amount of content through market analysts, podcasts, research, events and industry experts. They now need a dedicated creator to turn those insights into engaging social content across Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit.

- Capturing content at live events, conferences and industry summits
- Producing short-form video content, interviews, reactions and behind-the-scenes moments
- Testing new content formats and understanding what drives engagement
- Engaging with online communities and helping grow the brand's social presence
- Presenting confidently on camera and becoming a recognisable voice for the brand
What They’re Looking For
- Strong content creation skills with a portfolio, showreel or personal channels to showcase your work
- Confident filming, editing and publishing content independently
- Experience using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools
- Comfortable being on camera
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and audience behaviour
- A naturally curious person who enjoys turning complex topics into engaging content
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Nice To Have
- Existing social following or personal content channel
- Motion graphics, design or copywriting skills
- Interest in finance, investing, business, technology or culture
What’s On Offer
- £25,000–£30,000 salary

- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
- Learning and development support
- Direct access to founders and senior leadership
