The Role
You’ll architect and own the digital marketing and revenue infrastructure end-to-end, designing the systems that power growth, automation and commercial performance. This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s a systems-first position focused on building scalable, AI-driven infrastructure that increases execution speed, improves output quality and drives revenue efficiency. You’ll operate across websites, CRM, automation and outbound systems, working closely with Sales, CX and leadership in a fast-moving high-growth environment where ownership and impact are key.
What You’ll Do
- Design and optimise the end-to-end digital revenue journey across web, CRM and outbound channels
- Build and scale AI-driven workflows to increase execution velocity and reduce manual effort
- Implement lead capture, qualification and attribution systems
- Architect CRM lifecycle and pipeline infrastructure in collaboration with Sales and CX
- Build and deploy automation systems using AI tools and agents
- Own SEO and emerging AEO capabilities
- Launch and optimise landing pages and conversion pathways
- Create lean, scalable systems that improve efficiency across the business
- Manage and coordinate remote freelancers and specialist contributors
About You
- A systems thinker who naturally focuses on process, automation and scalability
- Experienced in building automation workflows and operational infrastructure
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate execution and remove inefficiencies
- Strong understanding of CRM, funnel architecture and conversion systems
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow
- Confident working in fast-paced, high-growth or D2C environments
- Comfortable managing remote teams and asynchronous workflows
