Profiles Creative are working with a fast-growing independent creative agency looking for a Senior 3D / Experiential Designer to join their team in South West London (10 mins from the station). The studio works across events, exhibitions, brand activations and immersive / experiential environments, delivering projects from early concept through to live delivery for a range of well-known brands.
You’ll be part of a small, highly collaborative creative team (4–5 people), reporting into the Executive Creative Director, so this role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, contributing ideas, and playing a key role across pitches and live projects. The studio itself is a great space with a really good atmosphere, and the agency is in strong growth mode — 50% growth last year with lots of exciting work coming through.
- Location: South West London — 4 days in studio / 1 day WFH (any day except Monday)
- Salary: £60k
- Role: Hands-on creative role
- Agency: Independent agency in major growth phase
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience across experiential, events, exhibitions or spatial design
- Ideally uses Rhino for 3D modelling (other software considered)
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Unreal / Twinmotion / real-time visualisation
- Is comfortable using AI tools for concepting / ideation
- Enjoys designing and creating, not just directing
- Is proactive, collaborative and enjoys working in a close-knit team
Great opportunity for a strong 3D / experiential designer who wants to join a growing independent studio and have real creative input.
