Profiles Creative is proud to partner with a dynamic and fast-expanding fashion and accessories business, to recruit a remote-first Merchandise Manager / Stock Planner.

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will step into a pivotal, highly visible role where your forecasting accuracy and commercial insight will directly shape our product strategy, trade performance, and global expansion.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering the ultimate flexibility of remote working, with occasional collaborative meetings in London (including optional access to a vibrant We Work space).

As our sole Merchandising lead, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day trading.

From managing critical paths to collaborating with senior leadership on seasonal launches, you will have the autonomy to make a tangible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • WSSI & Demand

Forecasting: Own and manage the Weekly Stock, Sales, and Intake (WSSI) system, forecasting cash, units, gross margin, cover, and intake across B2B, DTC, Marketplace, and Amazon channels.

  • Trading & Performance

Analysis: Analyse weekly trade performance, presenting key metrics to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and taking real-time action to optimise stock levels and replenishment.

Management: Work closely with the Product Manager, factories, and warehouses to manage the critical path, schedule combined shipments, and raise and track purchase orders.

Ownership: Maintain daily communication with global suppliers to resolve delivery issues, whilst owning the product setup process and ensuring absolute data accuracy across all platforms.

  • Strategic

Collaboration: Partner with the SLT to drive range development, plan seasonal launches, identify margin optimisation opportunities, and refine budgeting and long-term stock planning.

  • Expertise in WSSI & Forecasting: Proven experience in a merchandising, supply planning, or demand planning role where you have actively managed stock, cover, intake, and sales forecasting.

Skills: Must be highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to build and manipulate forecasting tools using V/XLookups, SUM/COUNTIFS, and Index Match formulas.

  • Commercial Drive & Adaptability: A self-starter attitude with the confidence to juggle operational admin (PO management and system setups) with big-picture strategic planning.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate cross-functionally and manage daily negotiations with factories and suppliers.
  • Right to Work: Candidates must possess full, unrestricted right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Prior experience working within the fashion, footwear, or accessories sectors.
  • Experience managing multi-channel stock allocations across B2B, DTC, and Amazon marketplaces.
