Marketing Manager - Commercial Property | Hybrid Role Overview The Marketing Manager will drive enquiries and occupancy across our commercial property portfolio and serviced offices.

This generalist role balances digital execution, agency management, broker relations, and local event planning.

Up to £55k Basic North London/Hybrid Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Broker Relations

  • Drive inbound enquiries to maintain high occupancy levels.
  • Manage broker portals by updating pricing, availability, and imagery.
  • Nurture broker relationships through regular outreach and platform updates.
  • Track lead sources to optimize marketing spend and ROI. Digital Marketing & Advertising
  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social.
  • Direct external agencies handling technical SEO and ad performance.
  • Maintain social media profiles with consistent, engaging content. Offline & Direct Marketing
  • Coordinate offline advertising including local signage and print media.
  • Execute email mailouts to brokers, prospects, and current tenants.
  • Create sales collateral such as digital brochures and site floorplans.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints. Events & Community Engagement
  • Plan networking events to attract local brokers and businesses.

  • Industry experience: Ideally a minimum 3-4 years in a generalist Marketing role - very open to industry - commercial real estate, flexi-work space, local marketing - highly advantageous!
