You’ll work closely with clients, developers, project managers and stakeholders to turn complex business needs into practical, commercially impactful solutions. You’ll have real influence from early concept and pitching through to delivery, optimisation and product growth.
The Role
- Translating client and business needs into effective, future-proof digital solutions.
- Helping evolve and optimise apps by shaping product direction, technical frameworks and scalable solution patterns.
- Designing system architectures including integrations, APIs, data flows and cloud infrastructure.
- Defining, tracking and reporting on product success metrics (adoption, engagement, ROI).
- Documenting processes, solution designs and implementation approaches.
- Supporting development teams with technical guidance, best practice and solution architecture.
- Ensuring solutions meet performance, security and usability standards.
- Acting as a bridge between client teams, IT teams and internal delivery teams.
- Identifying and recommending emerging technologies that can add value to clients or digital products.
- Supporting pitches and client meetings with technical expertise and solution thinking.
The Person
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a Digital Product environment or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices.
- A comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Exceptional ability to analyse complex business requirements and decompose them into scalable technical components.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Deep experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of the full SDLC.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be highly valued.
