The Role
As CRM & Retention Executive, you’ll support the execution of the brand’s retention strategy across email, SMS and other owned channels. Working closely with the Retention Lead, you’ll take ownership of campaigns, optimise lifecycle journeys and use data to continuously improve performance. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, scaling environment, ideal for someone looking to deepen their expertise in lifecycle marketing and make a tangible impact on growth and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of retention and CRM strategy across email, SMS and other owned channels
- Build, manage, and optimise lifecycle journeys including welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back and loyalty
- Own weekly campaign setup, QA and deployment within Klaviyo
- Continuously test and optimise messaging, creative, timing and offers to improve engagement
- Analyse performance, report on KPIs and surface actionable insights alongside the Retention Lead
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Customer Experience and Operations teams to deliver a consistent customer-first experience
- Support subscription growth and churn reduction initiatives
- Stay up to date with CRM, retention, and DTC best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team
About You
- 1–3 years’ experience in retention, CRM or lifecycle marketing (DTC subscription or eCommerce experience a plus)
- Hands-on experience with email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data, dashboards and reporting
- A test-and-learn mindset with a genuine interest in customer behaviour
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Passion for consumer brands and building meaningful customer relationships
