- Develop and maintain engaging monthly and weekly content calendars across US and UK audiences
- Create reactive, trend-led content that taps into internet culture, current conversations, and viral moments
- Identify and amplify high-performing user-generated content, helping turn customers into creators and advocates
- Build an active and engaging online community through thoughtful responses, conversations, giveaways, and interactive content
- Coordinate social content across international teams, creators, and designers to ensure smooth execution
- Publish engaging short-form videos, memes, carousels, behind-the-scenes moments, and culturally relevant content
- Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reporting alongside actionable recommendations
- Stay ahead of emerging social trends, formats, platform updates, creators, and online behaviours
