We are seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant - Business Support to join our team in Edinburgh, UK on a full-time, permanent basis. You will blend proactive commercial business development with high-impact candidate sourcing, delivering an end-to-end consultative service to expanding businesses while maximizing your own uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities * 360° Business Development & Account Management: Win new client business across Edinburgh and the surrounding area, negotiate robust commercial agreements, and deepen relationships with existing key accounts to expand MorganHunt’s market share. * Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Identify, headhunt, and engage exceptional business support candidates using multi-channel sourcing strategies, digital networking, and targeted talent campaigns. * Consultative Client Leadership: Conduct strategic client meetings, provide expert advice on regional salary benchmarks and market trends, and lead continuous workforce planning initiatives. * CRM & Pipeline Management: Ensure complete operational excellence by rigorously managing sales pipelines, candidate tracking, live vacancies, and client engagements within our CRM platform. * Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Identify cross-selling opportunities across wider MorganHunt teams, leveraging established brand equity to win multi-service client projects. Required Skills & Experience * Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Expertise (Critical): Demonstrable success executing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, utilizing advanced sourcing methodologies to secure hard-to-find administrative and business support professionals. * Account Management & Business Development (Critical): Proven track record of cold outreach, account growth, and consistently hitting or exceeding billing targets within a professional recruitment environment. * CRM & Pipeline Management (Important): Strong technical aptitude for systematically tracking candidate relationships, sales stages, and commercial intelligence through an enterprise CRM platform. * Commercial Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills with the confidence to discuss fees, handle objections, and close business with senior stakeholders while preserving commercial margins. * Relationship Management: Exceptional communication skills, capable of turning early-stage commercial conversations into long-term advisory partnerships.
