Overview
Calling All Numbers Ninjas (Who Also Have a Sense of Humor). Say hello to WeLove9am, where the only thing we love more than a good 9am start is not having to work late on Fridays. We\’re a multi-award-winning employer branding agency nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds. Think recruitment advertising meets marketing agency, but way more fun. We help employers not just attract candidates, but keep them around longer than a goldfish\’s attention span.
The Gig
Part-Time Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant (2x days per week)
We\’re bringing our procurement and supply function in-house, and we need a seasoned number-cruncher who knows their Xeros from their zeroes to help us keep things tidy.
It\\\’s More Than Just Numbers
But You\\\’ll Need to Be Good at Those Too
You\’ll be supporting our Senior Leadership team on all things finance-related. Think credit control, invoicing, cost reconciliation, VAT returns, and everything in between. It\\\’s a role with variety, but it\\\’s also way more than a job – you\\\’ll genuinely love what both you and we do (and if you don\\\’t, at least we have free food).
You\’ll Need
- To be level 3 AAT qualified (we\\\’re not messing around here)
- To understand the accrual accounting method (like the back of your hand)
- To be a whiz with Xero, Brightpay, and Google Workspace (spreadsheets are your playground)
- To be an excellent organizer and planner (chaos is not your friend)
- To use your creative intelligence to help us spot and solve problems/opportunities (we like people who think outside the box)
- To bring plenty of personality to the office (we\\\’re not robots, and neither should you be)
What\\\’s in it for You
- We\\\’re offering between £15 and £20 per hour (depending on how amazing you are)
- Early Friday finishes (TGIF!)
- Free food (we\\\’re not talking stale donuts here)
- Free parking (no more circling the block like a vulture)
- Holiday (because everyone needs a break)
- Complete hybrid working perks (we\\\’re flexible like that)
Have we got your attention? Then we\\\’d love to talk!
P.S. By applying for this role, you\\\’re giving us the thumbs-up to hold your data according to the General Data Protection Regulation. We promise to keep it safe and sound.
