The Gig: Part-Time Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant (2x days per week). We're bringing our procurement and supply function in-house, and we need a seasoned number-cruncher who knows their Xeros from their zeroes to help us keep things tidy.
It’s More Than Just Numbers (But You’ll Need to Be Good at Those Too). You’ll be supporting our Senior Leadership team on all things finance-related. Think credit control, invoicing, cost reconciliation, VAT returns, and everything in between. It’s a role with variety, but it’s also way more than a job – you’ll genuinely love what both you and we do.
You’ll Need:
- Level 3 AAT qualified
- Understand the accrual accounting method
- Expertise with Xero, Brightpay, and Google Workspace (spreadsheets)
- Excellent organiser and planner, who thrives in order
- Creative intelligence to spot and solve problems/opportunities
- Personality to bring to the office
