We're after an Account Manager (£30k-£40k plus bonus) to join our team just outside Cirencester – think countryside walks and the odd duck pond visit, with a bit of studio time thrown in (1-2 days).

Now, about you. Maybe you're a Sales Administrator looking for the next step? But in this role you’ll be the client support hero, keeping their campaigns running smoothly – from reporting on stats from job boards to those digital giants like Google. You’ll be diving into data, spotting those golden nuggets, and keeping an eye on budgets. Basically, you’ll be the spreadsheet ninja we need, with that great client service finesse.

What you’ll need:

  • Top-notch communication skills – make clients feel that they are part of the family.
  • Data detective skills – you see stories in numbers.
  • Self-starter vibes – you get stuff done, and fast.
  • Ability to onboard clients and set clear expectations.
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering reports – on time, every time.
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers – phone, email, the lot.
  • CRM and database – you know your way around.
  • Supporting the senior team – ad hoc projects, you’ve got this.
  • Excel/Google Sheets wizardry – a definite plus.
