We’re a boutique independent market research and strategy consultancy that helps organisations around the world create change. We deliver industry-leading work for blue-chip clients across sectors including tech, telco, motorsport, industrial services and finance, across both B2B and B2C audiences. Our work is thoughtful, creative and highly visual. We help clients understand complex topics clearly, often through beautifully designed PowerPoint reports, pitch decks, white papers, infographics, leave-pieces and other presentation-led outputs. As we move into the age of intelligence, we want you to help us maintain high standards during the process of integrating AI into our workflows.
The role involves designing and refining PowerPoint presentations for client reports, pitches, proposals and internal materials. You’ll help turn research findings, strategic ideas and sometimes messy information into clear, compelling and well-structured slides. You’ll work with researchers and strategists to understand the context behind the content, not just make slides look good. You’ll ensure every deck is polished, consistent, accurate and on-brand. You’ll be excited about the integration of AI into your workstream, be on the pulse with new releases and inspire the team to do better work, quicker. You’ll support all aspects of design work, not just presentations, including social media carousels, short reports, infographics, internal brand identity work, video and website management.
You’ll be a great fit if you have excellent PowerPoint skills and can design professional, high-quality decks quickly and accurately. You should have a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, balance, typography and visual storytelling. You can understand context and meaning, not just apply design. You should be able to look at a slide and think: What is this really trying to say? You must have strong attention to detail and care about consistency, alignment, formatting, spelling and polish. You’re super organised, a good communicator and a safe pair of hands. You can manage multiple projects at once and stay organised when deadlines are moving. Experience producing on-brand White Papers and long-form documents (within InDesign) is preferred. You should be confident taking feedback from different people and using it to improve the work. Being positive, curious, proactive and willing to muck in where needed is essential. A portfolio that shows strong presentation design, report design, pitch decks, white papers or similar work is required.
Nice to have experience in a research, strategy, consulting, marketing or agency environment. Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, as well as Illustrator and Photoshop is beneficial. Experience with Adobe Premiere (or similar) and producing short-form video, animation, or social content is a plus. An interest in AI tools and how they can improve design, workflow or storytelling is also advantageous.
What we offer includes a fun, collaborative and ambitious team, the chance to work on interesting projects for some of the world’s biggest and most exciting companies, and an environment where we are always looking to push boundaries and produce the best possible work for our clients. We provide 26 days’ holiday per year.
