We’re growing and looking for a Property Manager to join us in our newly refurbished Manchester office!
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of rental properties and keep everything running smoothly day to day. That means:
- Managing residential rental properties from start to finish
- Being the go‑to for tenant queries and problem‑solving
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Carrying out property inspections and spotting issues before they become problems
- Making sure everything is compliant and above board
- Managing tenancy agreements and keeping clear, accurate records of communications
What we’re looking for
You’ll be organised, confident, and comfortable juggling multiple properties without dropping the ball. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous property management experience
- Experience with maintenance coordination and property inspections
- Good knowledge of property regulations and compliance
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
