We’re growing and looking for a Property Manager to join us in our newly refurbished Manchester office!

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of rental properties and keep everything running smoothly day to day. That means:

  • Managing residential rental properties from start to finish
  • Being the go‑to for tenant queries and problem‑solving
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Carrying out property inspections and spotting issues before they become problems
  • Making sure everything is compliant and above board
  • Managing tenancy agreements and keeping clear, accurate records of communications

What we’re looking for

You’ll be organised, confident, and comfortable juggling multiple properties without dropping the ball. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Previous property management experience
  • Experience with maintenance coordination and property inspections
  • Good knowledge of property regulations and compliance
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
  • The ability to work independently and take real ownership of your role
  • A driving licence is required
