We’re working with an established global distribution company looking to add an experienced Export Administrator to its team. This is a busy, varied role supporting international customers and coordinating shipments across global markets. You’ll play an important part in making sure orders are processed accurately, documentation is correct and products reach customers on time.

The Role:

As an Export Administrator, you’ll manage the administration and coordination of international orders from initial processing through to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and managing international customer orders
  • Preparing export and shipping documentation
  • Coordinating international shipments with freight forwarders and carriers
  • Producing commercial invoices, packing lists and other required documentation
  • Ensuring export paperwork meets relevant customs and regulatory requirements
  • Tracking shipments and proactively resolving delays or issues
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, warehouses and logistics partners
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the order and delivery process
  • Maintaining accurate information within ERP and internal systems
  • Supporting the wider sales and customer service teams

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in export and/or import administration, international logistics, or shipping. You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience managing international orders and shipments
  • Good knowledge of export documentation and procedures
  • Experience dealing with freight forwarders and logistics providers
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident customer communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
  • Experience using ERP and CRM systems
