Are you at your best when you are out meeting customers, building relationships and spotting opportunities? We are recruiting for a growing luxury packaging business looking for a commercially minded Field Sales Executive to develop business across the North of England.
This is a great opportunity for someone with field sales, account management or business development experience who wants to take the next step into a specialist, premium product market. Packaging experience would be useful, but it is not essential — attitude, customer presence and the ability to win trust matter most.
You will spend much of your time in front of customers: developing new relationships, growing existing accounts and helping brands find the right packaging solutions for their products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing customer relationships across the North of England
- Identifying and winning new business with brands, manufacturers and relevant partners
- Visiting customers regularly and becoming a trusted commercial contact
- Working closely with internal colleagues to develop proposals and convert opportunities
- Building a structured pipeline and taking ownership of your territory
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales, account management or business development role
- Comfortable travelling across the North of England and spending time with customers
- A proactive, self-starting approach to developing new opportunities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Commercially curious, organised and motivated by growing a territory
This is not a desk-based sales role. It will suit someone who enjoys getting out to see customers, opening doors and building long-term relationships. Ideally, you will be based around Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield or within easy reach of the wider North of England territory.
