Overview
An exciting opportunity to contribute, as part of a team, to the effective and efficient delivery of a high quality responsive administrative support service within Stirling Council\βs policies and procedures. The postholder will focus on the Bluebell House Additional Support Needs (ASN) Provision, a brand new facility opened in August 2025.
This temporary post is 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application progresses after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.

Responsibilities
The postholder\βs responsibilities will focus on providing administrative support to the Bluebell House ASN Provision in line with Stirling Council policies and procedures. The role requires working effectively as part of a team and delivering a reliable, flexible service in a busy customer-focused environment.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Reliable, flexible individuals with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and experience of working in a busy customer-focused environment.
- Willingness to work in a temporary 18 hours per week, term-time schedule.
- Must be a member of the PVG Scheme for Children or be willing to complete verification if progressed to interview stage.
