We Group is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the in-house OPS team. You will own operational planning and delivery for festivals, large outdoor events and community projects from early planning through live delivery, working closely with clients, suppliers and authorities.
You will manage multiple workstreams—traffic, security, licensing and safety documentation—while collaborating with the OPS Account Director and teams across The Fair, We Are Placemaking and We Are OPS.
