We’re looking for a Senior Social Strategist with experience of running social marketing campaigns with brands and music labels, working with meme pages and publishers, and knows how to build content that performs.

You’ll lead strategy across campaigns where Instagram is the main channel, with select TikTok executions. For the brand work, you’ll know how to create content within meme culture that overperforms against page engagement. For music, you’ll help artists show up on the right pages with the right tone that will deliver against campaign metrics.

We’ve helped brands like JD Sports, Deliveroo, and Baileys run campaigns that look nothing like traditional ads and the results return millions of views for CPMs that can’t be matched elsewhere. We’ve also supported artists from Universal Music, Sony, Warner, Interscope, Capitol, Polydor, AWAL, and more, with campaigns for Doechii, Camila Cabello, The Rolling Stones, Sabrina Carpenter, and others.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Instagram-first strategy across brand and music campaigns
  • Create content that feels native to the feed; short-form, shareable, meme-literate
  • Organise and manage shoots to produce assets that replicate everyday viral posts
  • Manage junior creative team members, providing clear direction and feedback
  • Work directly with meme pages, social publishers, and creators to distribute content
  • Optimise formats, hooks, and captions for performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams across campaign management, creative, and insights
  • Report on performance and guide what’s working, what’s next
  • Help bring in new brand opportunities and negotiate deal terms where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in social marketing, ideally at an agency or publisher
  • Run Instagram campaigns with meme pages, publishers, or creator networks
  • Have experience creating or managing content that performs on Instagram and TikTok
  • Have worked in music or entertainment marketing
  • Experience in negotiating deals and managing brand/client relationships

Bonus Points

  • Bring brand contacts and are confident helping grow the business
