1:1 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and patient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a student with Cerebral Palsy, who uses a wheelchair and communicates using Eye Gaze Technology. This is a rewarding yet challenging role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s education and daily life., You will work 1:1 with a wonderful student, supporting their daily learning journey and educational needs. While experience with Eye Gaze Technology is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. A good understanding of technology and a willingness to learn are key.

• Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) would be beneficial but is not essential, * Proven patience, empathy, and a caring nature

• Experience or familiarity with technology in an educational setting

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive, flexible approach with problem-solving ability, * Safeguarding Certification (preferred)

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred)

Pay: £95.00-£110.00 per day
