We Do Social Work is recruiting a SEND Officer (0–25) to join a dedicated SEND service supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. You will assess needs, contribute to planning, and write EHC plans with a focus on outcomes and family views.
You will work with schools, settings and partner agencies to identify needs, advocate for clients and support transitions to adulthood. Strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication are essential.
