We Do Social Work is seeking a Senior SEND EHCP Officer to manage complex EHCP caseloads for children and young people aged 0–25. You will oversee the EHC process from assessment through review, collaborating with families, schools and multi‑agency partners to ensure high-quality, person‑centred plans in line with statutory requirements.
You will also mentor colleagues, support tribunal preparation, chair annual reviews and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
