We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Residential Childcare Support Workers to support children and young people within residential care settings. The successful candidates will have a strong background in working with children and young people, providing high-quality care, support, and safeguarding within a residential environment. This role requires individuals who can build positive relationships, promote wellbeing, and respond effectively to challenging situations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Essential Requirements
