Are you passionate about supporting young people with SEN to achieve their full potential? We’re looking for a motivated and organised SEN Progress Coach to join a dynamic Alternative Provision team. This is a front-facing role, working closely with learners aged 14–25 who have EHCPs—helping them feel supported, heard, and empowered.

The Role

  • Coordinate and lead EHCP annual reviews
  • Monitor, track, and support learner progress
  • Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders
  • Act as a key link between learners, tutors, wellbeing teams, and managers
  • Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support
  • Work collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes
