We Do Social Work is recruiting for a SEND Customer Services & Complaints Officer to join Cheshire East Council's SEND Service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with strong customer service, complaints handling and administrative skills to support the delivery of high-quality SEND services.

The role involves:

  • Managing SEND complaints, compliments and enquiries
  • Coordinating responses to Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests
  • Liaising with the Local Government Ombudsman
