We Do Social Work Recruitment are recruiting an experienced School Improvement Advisor to join an education service in London on an interim basis.

The role involves collaborating with school leaders, governors and partners to identify risks and deliver targeted improvement actions.

You will lead strategic school improvement work, provide professional challenge, and monitor impact across multiple settings while working 2–3 days in schools each week.
