Location: Crawley-based or North of West Sussex (Hybrid working – minimum 3 days/week on-site in a hotel)
Client: West Sussex County Council
Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30)
Pay Rate: £19 per hour Ltd Umbrella rate

Role Overview:
This is a frontline caseworker role supporting refugees and migrant individuals and families as they resettle in the UK. You\'ll be working from their arrival through to their permanent accommodation, supporting integration and independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to families, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term settlement.

Work closely with internal services, voluntary and community organisations.
*
Coordinate community volunteers and support networks to promote integration.
*
Manage cases, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress.
*
Stay up to date on national policies and best practices.
*
Travel across the county to meet families\' needs (flexible working essential).
*
Use interpreting/translation services where appropriate.
