The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub ( MASH) currently requires temporary cover for an assistant team manager role. This role is to provide guidance and support to MASH social workers and partners in screening contacts received into the MASH. Your role will be to ensure effective screening and over sight of contacts, initial advice/guidance to social workers and partners and to support managers in general management of the MASH. You will be able to apply/support and lead on the practice standards required in quality of work. This is demanding busy role, you will need effective time management skills to ensure compliance with timescales within the MASH and to support the team in meeting these timescales. Your oversight of contacts and setting guidance on information required an outcomes of contacts will require robust and considered decision making , to ensure the right children receive the right levels of support where required.
