Main responsibilities:
- To have experience and understanding of duty function and ability to work within a fast paced team.
- Experience of undertaking Social Care Needs Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, safeguardings, DST's/CHC Case Recording skills.
- Ability to right size support and signpost where necessary.
- Ability to evidence, manage and escape risks.
- Time management skills.
