The We Do Play Group operate multiple experiential based Leisure brands and are quickly becoming one of the largest Leisure/Entertainment operators in Europe. Operations include Activate – the world's first Active Gaming Facility, Flip Out; a global Indoor Adventure Park for all ages, and Putt Putt Social; a rapidly expanding new fusion of Asian Street Food & Adventure Golf along with other leisure & hospitality brands. Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Executive to plan, manage, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role will focus primarily on Meta Ads, PPC Advertising, Google Display Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with the goal of driving high-quality traffic, driving brand awareness, and conversions while maximising return on ad spend (ROAS). This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys testing, analysing performance data, and continuously improving campaign results in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google PPC (Search & Display)
- TikTok Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
Qualifications
- 3 Years+ Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, bidding strategies and audience targeting
- Experience with Google Ads (Search and Display) and Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads Certified
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly
- Experience managing larger budgets or e-commerce campaigns
