Management Accountant for a fast-paced, private equity-backed technology business.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant who wants to take real ownership of the numbers while gaining broader exposure across FP&A, senior leadership and people management.

Reporting directly to the

Head of FP&A , you’ll own the end-to-end management accounts process, work closely with the Finance Director and wider business, and manage and develop one team member.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the end-to-end production of monthly and consolidated management accounts
  • Produce Board and Executive reporting packs
  • Deliver insightful P&L, sales, customer and R&D reporting
  • Support budgeting and forecasting
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business
  • Drive improvements across reporting, processes, controls and automation
  • Manage, coach and develop one direct report

What are we looking for?

  • Part-qualified, finalist or actively studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Strong management accounting and month-end experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience developing others, or the ambition to step into people management
  • Proactive, hands-on and motivated by continuous improvement
  • Saa S/technology experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential
