Trainee Resourcer – Finance & Accountancy
Woking – 2 days office / 3 days home – Permanent – Full training role from experienced recruiters

We’re hiring a Trainee Resourcer to support our Finance & Accountancy team at We Do Group. You don’t need recruitment experience - just strong communication skills, natural curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You’ll be trained in how to find, speak with, and support great candidates across a range of finance roles.
What we’re looking for:

The Role:
- Learn how to source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM
- Write job adverts and update candidate records
- Screen CVs and support on shortlisting for live roles
- Shadow consultants on interviews and briefings
- Build confidence in speaking with candidates at all levels
- Help keep the recruitment process smooth and well-structured
- Share updates and ideas in team meetings
- Develop your knowledge of the finance & accountancy market
- Build toward taking on more responsibility over time
