We’re working with a growing organisation seeking a Finance Analyst to join their expanding head office finance team. This is a hybrid role with an initial training period fully office-based before moving to a 3/2 split. This is a varied role ideal for someone with solid financial analysis experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing monthly site profit and loss reports, invoicing, and supporting the wider finance team on budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly client profit & loss accounts and invoices for multiple sites
- Contribute to month-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met
- Work closely with Operational Managers and the Finance Business Partner to ensure reporting accuracy and relevance
- Partner with Management Accountants to confirm revenue recognition is complete and accurate
- Support the set-up of new site reporting and client onboarding
- Ensure completeness and integrity of customer accounts
- Handle client queries promptly and professionally
- Build strong working relationships across finance and operational teams
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting tasks
- At least 12 months’ experience as a Finance Analyst or similar
