Requirements
  • Experience in a finance or accounts role
  • Interested in studying AAT or similar (study support provided)
  • Organised, detail-focused, and keen to learn
Responsibilities
  • Post sales and purchase ledger transactions in Xero
  • Prepare supplier payment runs
  • Reconcile bank and supplier accounts
  • Process monthly commission calculations
  • Support with stock and receivables reporting
  • Respond to internal and external finance queries
  • Support month-end processes
  • Help improve systems and processes
  • Assist with reporting and ad-hoc finance tasks
  • Work closely with the wider office and finance team
Your profile
  • Effective communicator – written & verbal
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Previous transactional finance experience
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Open to learning and developing new skills
