They’re now looking for a Finance Assistant to join their West Wickham office. It’s an ideal role for someone early in their finance career who’s keen to learn, grow, and contribute from day one — with full study support and career development on offer.
Requirements- Experience in a finance or accounts role
- Interested in studying AAT or similar (study support provided)
- Organised, detail-focused, and keen to learn
- Post sales and purchase ledger transactions in Xero
- Prepare supplier payment runs
- Reconcile bank and supplier accounts
- Process monthly commission calculations
- Support with stock and receivables reporting
- Respond to internal and external finance queries
- Support month-end processes
- Help improve systems and processes
- Assist with reporting and ad-hoc finance tasks
- Work closely with the wider office and finance team
- Effective communicator – written & verbal
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Previous transactional finance experience
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Open to learning and developing new skills
