We Do Group are delighted to be managing an exclusive search for an Interim Head of Group Reporting for a well‑known business based in Surrey. This is a UK‑based role, based in Weybridge with 4 days in office.
Report directly to the Group Finance Director and take ownership of all Group Financial Reporting. We’re looking for someone strong in financial reporting and consolidations, ideally from a global business.
This could suit:
- A current Head of Reporting looking for a new environment
- A Group Accountant or Group Finance / Reporting Manager ready to step up
- An Audit Manager or Director looking to move into industry
The Role
- Provide PLC reporting
- Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Own the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting packs
- Support the preparation and review of Group reporting for quarterly and annual results, including disclosures
- Manage the statutory audit process and handle internal audit queries
- Drive process improvements across reporting and consolidation
- Work closely with stakeholders across the Group
- Support the preparation of IFRS financial statements
- Maintain and enhance IFRS‑related processes
- Liaise with external advisors
Your Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
- Strong group reporting and consolidations experience
- Experience in a large or complex business
- Good technical understanding of IFRS
- Immediately available
