We're partnering with a well-backed start-up operating at the intersection of AI, technology and content. It's an exciting business with big ambitions. It's also very early in its journey. That means not everything is built yet. Processes are evolving, priorities can change and there is plenty of opportunity to shape how things are done.

We're looking for a PMO Manager to help bring structure to that growth. You'll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with leadership, the Board and investors to keep projects moving, priorities aligned and the business organised.

The role

  • You'll own programme plans, timelines and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • You'll coordinate projects, manage governance, prepare board packs and make sure actions actually get done.
  • You'll spot risks before they become problems, improve processes as the business grows and help leadership stay focused on what matters most.
  • This isn't about bureaucracy. It's about creating enough structure to allow the business to move even faster.

About you

  • You'll probably come from a PMO, Programme Management or Chief of Staff background.
  • You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • You'll enjoy working with senior stakeholders and won't be fazed when plans change.
  • Most importantly, you'll enjoy building things.
