If you're the sort of person who colour-codes your life, secretly enjoys project plans and gets satisfaction from bringing order to chaos, then keep reading. We're partnering with a hugely exciting, well-backed start-up operating at the intersection of AI, technology and content.
This is a Chief of Staff title, but in reality, it's a high-impact PMO and Programme Leadership role. You'll be the organiser, the coordinator, the problem solver. The person making sure projects happen, stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a business with huge ambition and huge backing. But let's be honest, this isn't a perfectly polished machine; it's new and evolving. Some processes haven't been built yet. Some structures are still being figured out. Priorities can change quickly.
If you enjoy creating structure, improving processes and helping shape the future of a business, you'll probably thrive here. If you need everything neatly mapped out from day one, you probably won't.
The team is around 30 people today, which means there is so much exposure, in a good way. You'll work directly with senior leadership, support the Board and interact regularly with investors and key stakeholders. You'll have a huge amount of exposure and an equally big opportunity to make an impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning programme plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinating multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Preparing board packs, reports and senior stakeholder updates.
- Managing governance, reporting and programme cadence.
- Identifying risks, dependencies and bottlenecks.
- Supporting senior leadership with planning, prioritisation and execution.
- Building relationships across a diverse stakeholder community.
- Bringing structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment.
About you:
- Strong programme management, PMO or Chief of Staff experience.
- Highly organised and detail orientated.
- Brilliant at juggling multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Naturally proactive and solutions focused.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Somebody who sees a lack of process as an opportunity rather than a frustration.
