Senior FP experience operating successfully in that type of fast-moving environment is much more important. You'll also need to be someone who enjoys systems, data and how things work behind the scenes. This isn't pure commercial business partnering from day one. You need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up, understand where the numbers come from, improve the underlying data and reporting, and build the foundations that allow FP this hire is about helping take it through the next stage of its evolution.
